Kama’a Spa
A new reflexology floor, and an ad account rebuilt around it.

Kama’a’s own website, where the ads send people. Bingo runs the ads; we did not build this site.
A Kota Kinabalu spa since 2009 and a Bingo client since 2019. Bingo manages its Google Ads; we did not build its website. In 2026 a new outlet was the moment to rebuild the account.

Who they are
A Kota Kinabalu spa with four outlets
Kama’a Rejuvenation & Wellbeing Spa first opened in 2009. It runs a spa at Asia City, a new reflexology outlet in the same building, Kama’a Meridian and Kama’a Semporna, offering wellness massage, foot reflexology, spa journeys and facials.
What was broken
Two floors, two price lists, one ad account
In 2026 Kama’a opened a reflexology floor below its main spa, with its own prices and its own phone number. The ads had to tell the two apart, in the languages its customers search in.
And the spa needed to see which ads actually brought a message or a call, not only a click.
What we did
Rebuilt the account around the new floor
- 1
Counted every enquiry
Every tap on WhatsApp, call, Messenger or the booking form on kama.com.my is now recorded and linked to the ad that brought the visitor. The website itself looks the same.
- 2
Every ringgit on Google Search
Banner placements on other websites were switched off in July and Google’s partner sites in August, so the budget reaches people searching for a spa.
- 3
A campaign of its own for the reflexology floor
In English, Malay and Chinese, with its own phone number and its own page on kama.com.my.
- 4
Ads that match the counter
Every ad line checked against the spa’s own website and menu, so hours, prices and offers are what a customer finds when they walk in.
- 5
Stopped paying for the wrong searches
Searches for other spas, places outside the service area and unsuitable requests are blocked, so the money goes to people looking for what Kama’a offers.

Figures: Kama’a’s Google Ads account, pulled 27 Sep 2026. Enquiries are taps by visitors who came from an ad, not confirmed bookings. Bingo manages the ads only; the spa’s website is not our build.
Why it matters to the next client
An ad account can look healthy on clicks for years and still not show whether the phone rings. A new outlet is a good moment to fix that: count the enquiries, send the money to people searching for you, and make every ad say what the counter will honour.
Do you know which of your ads makes the phone ring?
We count enquiries, not clicks, and send your budget to people searching for you.
