Common Questions
Do I need to be a current Bingo client to refer?
No. Anyone can refer — existing clients, business contacts, friends, family. If the business signs, you get paid.
Does my referral need to mention my name?
Yes — make sure you mention your name when you send us the WhatsApp so we can track it back to you. Or you can share this page with the business directly.
How do I know when my referral has signed?
We'll WhatsApp you directly to confirm once the project is signed and your RM300 has been sent.
What if the business takes a few months to decide?
No expiry. As long as you were the one who introduced them first, the referral fee applies whenever they sign.
Is there a minimum project size?
Yes — the RM300 fee applies to website builds and care packages from RM3,000 and above. Small one-page projects or quick fixes don't qualify.
