Unmaintained WordPress sites are the #1 target for hackers. Outdated plugins and themes create security vulnerabilities. Beyond security, performance degrades over time — slower load speeds, broken features, and eventually a website that damages your credibility instead of building it.

Care plans have a 12-month minimum, then run month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Annual pre-paid plans are non-refundable but transferable. We don't lock you in — 80% of our clients stay because the service is worth it, not because of a contract.

The Care Plan (RM99/month) covers the technical side — hosting, domain, security, backups, updates and monitoring. Digital Partner (from RM800/month) adds the ongoing marketing work: Google Business Profile upkeep with monthly posts, review requests and replies, 2–4 page updates a month, a same-day response SLA and a monthly performance report. It replaces the Care Plan and Local SEO fees, on a 6-month initial term.

For websites we build today, hosting and your domain are included in the RM99/month Care Plan. WordPress sites we look after are billed separately: WordPress Essential Suite RM1,800/year plus managed hosting RM850/year.

All care plans include malware scanning and security protection. If your site does get compromised, we handle the cleanup, restore from backups, and harden the security to prevent recurrence — at no extra charge.
