All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Bingo Digital Marketing PLT unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Portfolio screenshots displayed on this website are used to showcase our work. The websites shown remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Client Projects

For client engagements:

A deposit is required before work begins, as stated in the quotation
Final payment is due upon project completion before handover of files and credentials
Project timelines are estimates and depend on timely client feedback and content delivery
We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise

5. Website Care Plans

The RM99 website care plan is billed monthly, with a 12-month minimum; after that it continues month to month until either side cancels. WordPress care plans are billed yearly. If a care plan ends, we are not responsible for website security, updates, or maintenance after it ends.

6. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms (hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics tools, etc.). We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or outages of third-party services. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and credentials with third-party providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question
We are not responsible for losses due to third-party service failures, hosting outages, or client-side modifications to delivered work

8. Free Website Audit and Online Presence Check

Our free website audit and the free online presence check for SabahGuide listings are provided as a general assessment and do not constitute professional advice. The presence check uses public information, such as your Google Business Profile, its reviews, your website, your SabahGuide listing and Google's PageSpeed test, as it stood on the date shown on the report. Recommendations are based on our professional experience but implementation is at the client's discretion and risk.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
