Claim your listing on SabahGuide.com or ask for a free online presence check (business name, your name, email, optional WhatsApp number, the listing and page you came from)

SabahGuide.com is run by Bingo Digital Marketing PLT. When you claim a listing or ask for a free online presence check, we use your details to check the request, fix your listing, and send you your report. We send the report to everyone who asks for one. Only if you tick the box on the form do we also email you occasional updates about your listing and our services; every such email has an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw at any time by replying or emailing us. To build the report we look up public information about your business: your Google Business Profile and reviews (counts, dates and whether the owner replied, never reviewers' names), your website, and Google's PageSpeed test.

If you buy a service through a payment link, the payment is processed by Stripe (card) or Billplz (online banking); we receive your name, email, phone, the payment status and, for card payments, your business name and billing address. We never see your full card number or bank login.

We also automatically collect basic analytics data such as page views, browser type, device type, and referring URLs through Google Analytics. This data is anonymized and used to improve our website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to:

Respond to your enquiries and provide quotes
Deliver the services you've engaged us for
Send project updates and invoices
Improve our website and services
Check SabahGuide listing claims, fix the listing and send the free online presence check you asked for
Email occasional updates about your listing and our services, only if you ticked the box on the form

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
